Founded in 1979 by B.B. Cohen, Cohen Financial is a leading commercial and multi-family real estate loan administrator and special servicer currently overseeing a multibillion dollar loan portfolio. The portfolio consists of construction, permanent, bridge and structured debt instruments ranging in size from less than $1 million to over $75 million.
