Through our affiliation with Cohen Financial, we have the capabilities to service and manage acquired investments with an institutional infrastructure of tested policies and procedures.

Recent MREM assets include real estate debt from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and from national and regional banks. In addition, we recently launched Mariner Real Estate Partners III, LLC, to capitalize on the large amount of distressed debt being sold by the FDIC and banking institutions.
